Field Marketing Coordinator - PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia
Job description:
  1. Plan and coordinate overall marketing activities within country/cluster
  2. Support local implementation of 1-Year Marketing Plan
  3. Lead local implementation of marketing offer including programs and promotions
  4. Coordinate Public Relations, market research and media implementation activity within country
  5. Interface with approved advertising agencies and service providers regarding implementation
  6. Coordinate MarComm budget within country/cluster
  7. Act as marketing interface with local management and sales teams
  8. Evaluate program effectiveness / suggest improvement opportunities
  9. Feed Market data and market intelligence to zone advisors including updated market maps and completed templates from the Speed to Market Workbook
  10. Track marketing OPEX expenditure within the country
  11. Ensure implementation of safety, security and control procedures in the working environment.

Territory Manager - PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia 
Job Description:
  1. Focused business development in key sectors through distributor network
  2. Support distributors in implementing approved Sales and Marketing Plan/Programs for respective market
  3. Stewardship of respective LOB product line, introduction of new products &packs and responsible to provide actionable inputs on pricing
  4. In-country subject matter expert for selected sectors across LOB
  5. Work with distributors to develop an effective annual business plan with focus on key sectors and activities needed to support execution
  6. Monthly monitoring of volume, product mix and margins
  7. Foster the communication and cross-functional cooperation required to operate in a matrix organization.
Business Development Specialist - PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia 

Job Description:
  1. Promote sales of Mobil branded lubricants through building a strong support base amongst chosen Equipment Builders (EB) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) in Indonesia
  2. Identify and capture new emerging opportunities through systematic effort and maintain a full pipeline of such opportunities
  3. Maintain and leveragein-country relationships with EB and OEM where a global or regional relationship already exists
  4. Execute the approved sales processes as required for Global/National Accounts including the selling process, Pipeline Management and Sales Planning
  5. Ascertain and address the technical/  technology needs of the customers in consultation with functional expertise within the company and champion the business development efforts
  6. Maintain and enhance service levels to EB/ OEM customers through timely action on customer complaints and feedback in coordination with the respective functional group

Qualification:
  1. Graduate Degreein any major with preferably GPA of 3.25 or higher out of 4.0 or equivalent; Engineering degree with post-graduate business degree is preferred
  2. 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in top ranking companies
  3. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  4. Demonstrated ability in ensuringflawless implementation of safety, security and controls procedures in the working environment
  5. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task is essential
  6. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  7. Capable of leading a team and willing to be an effective team player
  8. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  9. Able to work successfully in a changing environment and meet tight deadlines
