HSE Superitendent

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and review of strategy and standard operating procedures
2. Design and review risk profile, hazard identification and risk assessment
3. Develop and maintain safety, industrial health and environmental procedures
4. Conduct safety talk, committee meeting, inspection at work area of
5. responsibilities and accident investigation
6. To Arrange safety monthly report, incident statistic, and incident analysis
7. Supervise and conduct safety inspection for all safety equipment on site area
8. Develop job safety analysis (JSA), risk profile, critical task analysis and
9. environmental management system
10. Provide support to HSE Manager regarding to implementation HSE strategy,
11. standard operating procedures on site area

Requirements:

1. Male or female, Max 40 years old
2. Bachelor / master degree any field with GPA min 3.00 from reputable university
3. or overseas
4. Min. 3 years as Supervisor HSE preferably at Mining Industry
5. Fluent in English (written & spoken)
6. Hard worker, honest, and able to work independently as well as in team
7. Perform high leadership skill with professional attitude
8. Self-motivated, highly initiative, well organized, and able to work under
9. minimum supervision
